Philosophy

How we approach a project
Architecture exerts a great influence over people on every level of existence. In the home, work place and public environ, the force and presence of architectural design determines function, establishes images and sets moods. We welcome the responsibility and challenge of becoming the cohesive element in great architecural plans: yours!

Since its formation in 1978, the basic philosophy to this firm has been service. Our ultimate goal is to provide each client with the most up-to-date creative resources available.Throughout the concept development stages, contact and communication between staff and client assures a minimum of wasted effort and expense... while maintaining owner control.

It is our position that successful design does not simply happen. Rather, it is the product of extensive preparation and experience coupled with an ability to communicate the client's visions and needs with the design team and contractors. Through this philosophy and a belief in the practice of architectural excellence, the firm of John M. Senkarik & Associates has established itself as one of the south's 'design leaders'.
